Canton Fire / Rescue and Pyrites Fire / First Responders were toned out at 1758 hours for a reported 2 car mva at CR 25 and the Pink Schoolhouse Road with possible serious injuries. Assistant Chief Bob Crowe responded from about a mile away on CR 25 while A-131 went enroute at 1759 hours. Chief Crowe arrived on scene to find two F-150 pickups in the ditch with one victim in one of the trucks in the care of Honor Roll member David Corbett, one out on the side of the road in the care of a civilian passerby, and one uninjured walking around the scene. Personnel arrived on scene at 1806 hours and began extrication on the individual still in the truck. Both patients were packaged and transported to Canton Potsdam Hospital. All Canton units were back in service at 1904 hours.
