Canton Fire and Rescue held their annual election of officers tonight. Chief Bob Crowe completed his five years as Chief and passed the torch to Chief Brian McCluskey, who was elected Fire Chief by the members. The results of the remainder of the elections are as follows:
1st Assistant Chief - Dan Aldous
2nd Assistant Chief - Russell Lawrence
3rd Assistant Chief - Shawn McGregor
Secretary - Don Thompson
Treasurer - Mike Morgan
Assistant Treasurer - Mike Dalton
Member at large, Fire - Josh Rose
Member at large, EMS - Matt Kroeger

The new Chiefs presented Chief Emeritus Crowe with his Past Chief helmet along with a shadow box with items from his years as Chief.
