If you bought your July 4th fireworks at a pop up tent in Northern New York, you may have to return them. Over 30,000 of the Red White & Blue Smoke Fireworks are being recalled.

Hazard
The Blue Ammo Smoke effect could explode out of the bottom, causing bad burns. Three people have already suffered burn injuries.

Recalled Product
TNT Branded Red White & Blue Smoke Fireworks sold from May 2017 through June 2017. Item # 351064 – UPC #27736036561

Remedy
Return the fireworks where you bought it for a full refund. You can also also call 800-243-1189 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Canton Fire and Rescue, along with the Firefighter's Association of the State of New York are warning New Yorkers of the dangers of fireworks that injure thousands of people and result in hundreds of structure fires every year. Please use fireworks with extreme caution.
