At approximately 2:20 AM on July 7th, members of Canton Fire & Rescue and Pyrites Fire were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at 2591 CR 21. The initial dispatch reported two-cars involved with unknown injuries. Rescue 1, A-131, and an engine from Pyrites were en route minutes later. Upon arrival, members found a single vehicle in a field that had broken through a wooden fence after exiting the roadway. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital for evaluation. Members were back in service around 4:00 AM.
