At approximately 22:06 on 10/12/2018 members of Canton Fire & Rescue were dispatched for automatic mutual aid to assist Morley Fire with a reported harvester fire at the Smith Farm on County Route 27. Engine 8, Rescue 1, TA-20 and A-132 were enroute moments after the alarm. Upon arrival, members stretched an attack line and began fire suppression efforts along side members of Morley Fire. The fire was brought under control in about 15-minutes. Unfortunately, the harvester was a total loss. Members were back in service around 00:30.
